The change of season is the most difficult time for the body. The hot and humid weather and exposure to big temperature fluctuations can have an adverse effect on the body.
Sleep is designed to restore us to full function after usually a day of wearing ourselves out. During the night, tissues are repaired, organs rest or finish cycles such as flushing out toxins, and the brain filters the day's events.
Neem came to the attention of the West when scientists observing the behaviour of locusts realised that, whilst paying their devastating attentions to most other species of tree, they consistently avoided the Neem tree.
Veins are in charge of returning blood to the heart and lungs, to be refilled with oxygen to carry around the body. When the veins are weak and unhealthy, circulation is poor and oxygen supplies interrupted.
