The Neem Family for Your Family
Neem came to the attention of the West when scientists observing the behaviour of locusts realised that, whilst paying their devastating attentions to most other species of tree, they consistently avoided the Neem tree. Rigorous investigations revealed that insects such as the locust are adversely affected by Neem, which interferes with their ability to feed, grow and breed.
Thus they very wisely give it a wide berth. Interestingly, Neem doesn’t have an adverse effect on friendly insects such as bees and ladybirds.
Riddance Herbal Head Lice Removal Kit
Head lice are on the increase, but many parents dislike the idea of applying the strong chemicals to their children’s heads, especially if it has to be done on a regular basis.
If head lice are suspected, wet hair and apply a palm full of Riddance shampoo, working it into the scalp and hair. Leave for a few minutes. Comb methodically from close to the scalp to the ends of the hair. Frequently wipe the comb on to a tissue to check for live lice. After combing, rinse the hair thoroughly.
